This is from a file recovered from Dr. Suginamis desk top after he was detained, it depicts the Paverschlev MKIV before it was built.[]

Unfortunately it seems Dr. Suginami had already run a test with the Paverschlev MKIV. After retrieving the coordinates from the fire log in the prototype gun this neutron star was found.
